Conflict resolution is unnecessary if it can be prevented through an adjustment of perception and effective communication .
During most arguments, one often hears : "It's not what I meant..." or "It's not what I said...". People don't always hear or understand what we think we said. This occurs mainly because we don't think the same way. We have different maps of the world. These maps match those of certain people and differ from others. That's why we are comfortable with certain persons and ill at ease with others. These embarrassing moments often stem from the unconscious. They are reactions to another's posture, mannerism, voice, tonalities and even to the use of certain words. To communicate is to be like the other using the technique of synchronization. This workshop is an excellent tool for team-building.
Participants will be able to :
- Identify one's own and the other's style of communication.
- Find out how people's perceptions are visual, auditory or kinesthetic.
- Figure out how others think.
- Build rapport and trust at a deeper level through synchronization.
- Be more objective and flexible.
- Utilize certain words that empower and help clear up thinking.
- Lean NLP strategies to maintain a positive attitude.
- Use specific tools to access your internal resources at will.

Helping Children in the Classroom
Workshop description:
The presenter will introduce the participants to the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) that help enhance one's communication and teaching skills.
They will learn:
- to tame stress effectively before starting to teach
- to create solid positive thoughts anytime using mental strategies
- to discover how children think in order to establish a deep rapport
- to become aware of the power of certain words and their impact
- to use spacial anchoring to create an ideal learning and teaching state
